Phlegmost
From the maw of Mount Praetorous comes the phlegmost, the latest divine construct from the dark god Uul.
Where phlegmunculi explode and phlegmors crush with ropey tendrils, phlegmost drown. They are watery and fluid, surging across battlefields like ambulatory puddles. Their liquid bodies absorb attacks and flow around obstacles, engulfing victims in waves of divine mucus that fill lungs with brackish fluid reeking of sulfur and decay.
They hurl gobs of watery snot that strike with crushing force. When they engulf their prey, the drowning is slow. Victims gasp and choke as their lungs flood with the god's discharge, and their screams bubble out as wet gurgles before silence takes them.
The phlegmost surge forward, drowning Portia's forces and Praetoria's defenders alike. The battlefield becomes a swamp of divine discharge. They don't stop, won't stop. They are the dark god's endless, watery contempt made manifest.
