Savage Butcher

The Argarux are a blood-bound tribe of onyx orcs who dwell in the western foothills of the Daigenloft Mountains and the shadowed caverns of the Upper Daigendark. Broad-shouldered and built for endurance, they form tight-knit warbands where rank is claimed in combat and remembered in scars. Their creed is simple: hunt, fight, and earn remembrance through blood. Pragmatism shapes their tactics, but ritual gives their violence meaning. Living without purpose is worse than death.

Uglûm is one of them. He keeps the skulls of his mightiest foes as trophies, each a mark of victory in his pursuit of worthy prey. His axe is stained with blood and sharp enough to sever limbs with a single swing. When the Argarux descend on a warpath, he carves a path through flesh and bone. Bodies split. Guts spill. The ground runs slick. Among the survivors and in the stories they tell, he’s known only as the savage butcher.
