Conclave Artificer

The artificers of the Conclave Arcana are more than mere blacksmiths. They are engineers of enchantment, forging armor and implements not only for war, but for survival, secrecy, and the pursuit of ancient power.

Each expedition into Praetoria’s wilds is outfitted with their work: arcsteel plating that deflects both blades and elemental magic, rebreather masks for swamp gas and dust storms, glyph-threaded boots that leave no trace in snow or soil, and nullglass used by the conclave’s trackers to reveal heat trails, leyline fractures, and ancient runes.

But the artificers don’t just stay in their tents, hammering away day and night. When their anvils cool, they fade into the landscape, cloaked in enchanted fabrics that change their color and texture to match bark, stone, and moss. They lay mana spikes that hum at the tread of intruders and carry lumenspheres that shed light only their eyes can see.

They craft. They guard. And above all, they prepare. Because Praetoria doesn’t forgive the unready.
