Blue Wyrm Travesty
The blue dragon died centuries ago in the wars that scarred Mortis. The Dark Eternals raised it, but what they created was not salvation. It was a travesty.
Where other revenants retain their minds, this creature is hollow. Its draconic intelligence burned away with its flesh. Its storm magic, once capable of rending armies, is gone. What remains is size, strength, and hunger.
No cunning and no will. It serves because necromantic bindings force it to, responding only to simple commands. Follow. Attack. Kill.
Barashkukor keeps it in the catacombs beneath New Beluroc, brought out when absolute destruction is required. When he sent his Darkguard to capture Palifala Weslinath, he included the creature as insurance.
The ulund and Khymians see it lumber into battle and feel relief. Such power on their side. But when the Darkguard turns on their allies to seize Palifala, the travesty will be there, and anything between it and its target gets torn apart.
The dragon shuffles forward, bone grinding against bone, flesh peeling from ribs, empty eyes, jaws dripping rot. Weapons don't choose their targets.
